Who can leave a product review?
Only customers who have purchased a product through ucon-acrobatics.live and received an invitation email can submit a review. Review invitations are sent to the email address used when placing the order. Reviews can only be submitted via the personal review link included in that email.
While this process helps ensure reviews come from real customers, we do not carry out any additional verification beyond the invitation-based review system.
Do you publish all reviews?
Yes. We publish both positive and negative reviews, provided they comply with the guidelines below. We never reject or edit reviews simply because they contain criticism or a low rating.

Please review only the product you purchased and personally used.
Comments relating to shipping, payment, delivery, customer service or other aspects of your shopping experience are important to us, but they are not product reviews and therefore will not be published on the product page. If you have feedback about these topics, please contact our customer support directly.

Are reviews moderated before publication?
Yes. To ensure reviews comply with this policy, all submissions are checked before they appear on our website.
Reviews are held for up to 14 days before publication. During this time, we review them to ensure they comply with these guidelines and to identify whether they contain product issues, complaints or customer service requests.
If appropriate, we may contact you to better understand the issue and help resolve your concerns. This review process does not affect whether a compliant review is published.

How is the overall product rating calculated?
The overall star rating displayed for each product is based on the average of all published product reviews for that product. Every published review contributes equally to the overall rating, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
Incentivised reviews
From time to time, we may invite customers to leave a review in exchange for a small incentive, such as a discount on a future purchase. Where applicable, these reviews are clearly identified by our review provider.
Receiving an incentive does not influence the content of a review. We encourage customers to share their honest opinion, whether their experience was positive or negative. Incentivised reviews are subject to the same publication guidelines and moderation process as all other reviews.
